Red Hats

10x4 oil on linen on gatorboard

$50 unframed plus $5 shipping

Another set up from my Monday class, courtesy of Jan. We are studying color temperature and this set up was a great exercise in different temperatures of red. I always demo at the beginning of class and then finish the painting throughout the day. I must say they make me stretch myself each time! But it's so much fun!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of painting with my good friend and fellow artist Lu Haskew at her studio. I spent many years traveling up to Loveland to paint with her before I moved up north. It was nice to revisit those memories.
